About
Lucie Martinot-Lagarde serves at the Senior Restorative Justice Program Manager at Catholic Mobilizing Network (CMN). A native of France, she holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Sciences Po Paris, and a Master’s in Conflict Transformation from the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding at Eastern Mennonite University, with a focus on restorative justice and trauma healing. Before joining CMN in 2022, she spent a decade in Catholic ministry in cross-cultural and cross-denominational contexts.
Lucie is trained in restorative circle process facilitation and restorative community conferencing, and supported the implementation of restorative justice practices in Richmond Public Schools. She now leads CMN’s national Restorative Justice Ministry Community of Practice and delegations of national Catholic leaders to Montgomery and Selma, Alabama. Passionate about Catholic Social Teaching education, she has come to see restorative justice as a natural vessel for her own faith engagement in society.
