Parents Under Pressure, the U.S. Surgeon General’s Advisory on the Mental Health and Well-Being of Parents  (August 2024), calls attention to the importance of parental well-being and the critical link between parental mental health and child outcomes.  We consider the Advisory to be an urgent call to action, and here’s something we can all do right now: Nurture connections with other parents and caregivers! Restorative justice practices (RJPs) build skills to support positive, thriving, empowered relationships.  In this session we will share and receive ideas about challenges of parenting/ caregiving and how RJPs can transform how we support ourselves and how we show up for our children
