During this introductory training, participants will learn about:

• The framework of restorative justice
• General methodology and processes of restorative justice
• Application of restorative justice to campus sexual misconduct
• Essential skills needed for facilitation

Key Components of the Training:

• Overview of community-building practices and processes
• Restorative conferences and coaching to repair harm
• Community-concern circles to address systemic harm or community-level issues
• Reintegration circles to assist members back into the community
• Institutional capacity-building and implementation strategies
