This four-day academy is designed to prepare and inspire K-12 leaders like you to learn the skills and dispositions behind a restorative culture in your school. Your team will be guided through the researched based practices of implementation as you continue to build meaningful relationships within the school community.
This unique experience features small group sessions where you and your teammates will learn how to plan, lead, and implement restorative justice practices in your schools and district. You will leave the academy with a unique multi-year implementation plan created by your team. You will also leave with a network of fellow leaders, mentors, peers, and professionals in the transformational work of restorative justice practice.
In this training you will:
Participants will receive supportive print materials, a commemorative talking piece, and a certificate of completion.
