Apply and practice restorative processes through case studies, activities, and dialogue. Relationships can be one of the greatest challenges in workplace culture. Holding ourselves and each other accountable for the issues and behaviors that affect our teams is a challenging endeavor. This workshop will provide participants with a better understanding of what's needed to create, maintain, and repair workplace relationships in a Restorative manner
