This 60-minute experiential workshop for educators, in higher education and K-12, explores how to apply restorative principles to create classroom spaces that foster honesty, empathy, and belonging—even during challenging or divisive discussions. Participants will practice tools for circle-keeping, active listening, and building trust, and develop strategies to guide courageous conversations that deepen understanding, strengthen relationships, and support inclusion.
