Hosted by the Center for Restorative Practices
This 90-minute experiential workshop for college faculty and staff explores how to apply restorative principles to create classroom spaces that foster honesty, empathy, and belonging—even during challenging or divisive discussions. Participants will practice tools for circle-keeping, active listening, and building trust, and develop strategies to guide courageous conversations that deepen understanding, strengthen relationships, and support inclusion.
Registration is open for faculty, staff, alumni, and off-campus participants!
This workshop's attendance is capped at 24 participants. Please let us know if you can no longer attend so we may give your place to someone on the waitlist.
