RJ Café is a monthly, open gathering for people engaged in restorative justice, conflict transformation, and relationship-centered work—or those simply curious and drawn to this way of being. Each month, we come together in a relaxed, welcoming space to listen, reflect, and connect. This is not a training or a workshop. It’s a place to be human together—to exchange ideas, surface real questions, and stay connected to the heart of restorative work beyond programs, institutions, or roles. RJ Café is grounded in ecosystem thinking rather than competition. We believe the field grows stronger through generosity, curiosity, and shared learning—and that there is room for many approaches, voices, and paths. 

What to expect: - Open conversation and Q&A - A relational, accessible space—structured, but informal - No pressure to perform, debate, or “have it all figured out” RJ Café meets monthly and is open to practitioners, scholars, community leaders, students, and fellow travelers alike.
