Special Topic - Toxic Relationships: How to Cope & Overcome
A "toxic relationship" is any relationship that significantly harms your mental health, self-esteem, and overall well-being, characterized by patterns of manipulation, disrespect, controlling behavior, and constant negativity, leaving you feeling drained, insecure, and unhappy; it can occur in romantic partnerships, friendships, or family dynamics.

Skills will be offered to support positive, thriving, empowered relationships and transform how we show up in our relationships. In this session we ask: How can we navigate effective communication to best repair toxic situations and/or reconnect with our loved ones? Ideas and experiences will be shared to position our hearts and minds to show up with a reframed best self and avoid repeating negative patterns such as emotional abuse, boundaries, attachment, sabotage, and codependency. This workshop will encourage the importance of how we show up for others.
