I'm Jonathan McNeill Hardy, and I carry a deep appreciation and respect for humanity in everything I do. I firmly believe that change begins with being heard, a philosophy I bring to my role as a Program Manager at the Dispute Resolution Center. In this capacity, I seize every opportunity to find innovative ways to bring resolutions to the problems presented, contributing to positive transformations within the community.

Beyond my work at the Dispute Resolution Center, I also wear the hat of an Audio & Visual Technician at The Salvation Army, where I lend my technical expertise to enhance the experiences of Salvation Army events, both on and off-campus. I'm not just passionate about my professional pursuits; I find joy in being an avid camper, a devoted Vespa enthusiast, and an enthusiastic traveler. Unafraid to ponder the stars, I bring a curious and adventurous spirit to both my personal and professional life.
