Calling leaders and project managers who want to strengthen project planning, communication, and respond to conflict in ways that strengthen the organization.
Restorative Justice Institute is hosting a two-day learning experience designed for people who want a practical foundation in applying restorative tools within project-based and organizational settings. This course will be taught by Martin Henson, systems strategist, restorative justice practitioner, and project management professional who specializes in designing and leading human-centered approaches to complex organizational challenges.
