Creative Change Counseling (CCC) is seeking a Full-Time Program Manager (PM) for our Restorative and Transformative Justice program located in Trenton, NJ.
The Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and execution of the HUB’s restorative justice programming.
Rooted in restorative principles, the PM will promote a culture of accountability, healing, and transformation while ensuring program integrity and alignment with community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate transparent and restorative communication among stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and alignment with program goals.
  • Provide support, mentorship, and training to direct care personnel, modeling restorative approaches to conflict resolution, youth engagement, and team collaboration.
  • Lead staff recruitment and personnel management, ensuring alignment with restorative justice principles and trauma-informed care.
  • Manage program budgeting, monitor expenses, and ensure fiscal responsibility in alignment with grant and funding guidelines.
  • Implement programmatic changes and enhancements while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and restorative justice best practices.
  • Support a culture of continuous reflection and improvement by facilitating debriefs, team circles, and data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • BSc/BA in business administration, social work, education, or a related field; MSc/MA is an asset.
  • Experience in project management, program operations, and community engagement, with a commitment to restorative justice principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with equity, integrity, and cultural responsiveness in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of restorative justice frameworks, conflict resolution, youth development, and systems change.
  • Strong communication, public speaking, public relations, and marketing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and an aptitude for problem-solving.

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
  • PMP (Preferred)
