POSITION PURPOSE
Gryphon Place understands the transformative power of restorative justice to heal harm, rebuild relationships, and foster a culture of accountability and empathy. Our purpose in utilizing restorative justice and providing restorative justice services is to fundamentally create a community building culture that cultivates a sense of belonging, trust, and interconnectedness.
STATEMENT OF THE JOB
The Restorative Justice Program Manager will be responsible for development and implement strategies to promote restorative practices, manage program operations, and ensure the successful execution of restorative justice initiatives. They assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and enhance impact within the community. Additionally, the manager stays informed about emerging trends and best practices in restorative justice to continuously refine program methodologies and achieve greater outcomes.
