This advanced 3-day virtual workshop will enable you to successfully implement restorative practices beyond the Tier 1 foundation in response to situations of harm and severe conflict (Tiers 2-3). In this interactive training you will learn about or gain: Applications of restorative practices for when severe harm/conflict damages relationships in a school community Skills to facilitate restorative conferences and harm-repair circles Implementation resources to continuing broadening your school’s restorative approaches at Tier 2-3 levels.
